Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator
Pay: $23.50-$25.80/hour (based upon experience)
Duration: 6-Months | Potential to Extend
Schedule: Monday – Friday // 40hrs/week (9a-5pPT)
Location: HYBRID - SEATTLE, WA
The Recruiting Coordinator (RC) for the Global Specialty Recruiting team plays a pivotal role in managing the entire candidate lifecycle, holding significant responsibility in shaping the candidate journey, particularly for senior-level candidates, and serves as their primary point of contact throughout the interviewing process.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule on-site interviews and coordinate with Executive Assistants (EAs) supporting senior leadership to ensure efficient and well-organized interview processes.
- Maintain high standards of candidate experience through prompt follow-up, effective communication, and quality assistance from initial contact to onboarding.
- Act as the main point of contact for on-site candidates, ensuring a positive interview experience and smooth flow of the interview schedule.
- Enter and track candidate information accurately in the database, ensuring relevant parties have access to necessary details.
- Manage complex calendars and schedule internal and external meetings effectively.
- Handle multiple tasks and action items, including documentation, follow-up, and preparation, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of recruiting, administrative, or project management experience.
- Experience supporting senior management in large corporate environments or senior professionals in professional services firms.
- Proficiency in PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proven track record of leading and driving multiple complex projects.
- Experience working with recruiting teams.
- Ability to engage and influence senior executives.
- Passion for technology.
- Experience in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and make trade-offs.
