Magee Resource Group has been retained by the largest private, not-for-profit hospital in Arkansas, the flagship of a 12-hospital system, to recruit an Associate Vice President of Perioperative Services. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, this senior leader will provide strategic and operational leadership for Perioperative Services, including the implementation of business plans to support the continued growth of the facility and system. Responsibilities will include Main ORs, Day Surgery, Ortho Surgery and Eye Surgery, associated pre-op units and recovery room units, Sterile Processing, and GI Labs. This leader will provide operational oversight to ensure the financial viability of initiatives and will establish and lead a cohesive governance structure that supports the hospital and physicians.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree, BSN
- Perioperative nursing experience
- Progressive management experience
- Minimum of 5 years nursing leadership experience
