The Recruiter oversees and executes the recruitment, staffing, and operational needs of all sites throughout the US. The primary function is recruiting, screening, selecting, hiring, and processing candidates. The recruiter must be a great multi-tasker, a solid communicator, detail and compliance-oriented, and can prioritize various tasks promptly.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire hiring process, from recruitment to job assignment
- Oversee transition from new hire to job assignment, including training and coordination
- Creates job postings for current staffing vacancies
- Plan and execute hiring events both in-person and online
- Point of contact for available employment opportunities
- Search for qualified candidates through online job boards, ATS, cold calls, and employee referrals
- Review employment applications and other qualifications that meet job description criteria
- Schedule, complete, and report on interview status to hiring managers
- Thoroughly document the interview process within ATS
Qualifications
- On-site 4 days a week
- Relevant professional high-volume recruiting and administrative experience
- Applicant Tracking System experience is a must (ATS)
- Experience in screening and interviewing job candidates including managing communication
- Ability to travel within and outside a territory as assigned with short notice
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of compliance within hiring and onboarding
- Ability to function and communicate effectively - excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and requests simultaneously
- Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Valid State Driver's License
