Our challenge
We are looking to hire Pega Architect with LSA/CSSA certification to join our team. The successful candidate will have a track record of designing and implementing complex Pega solutions. As a Pega Architect at our company, you will be responsible for the architecture and design of business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks. You will also ensure the application's quality, design, and build advanced features that meet our business requirements.
The Role
Responsibilities:
- Working experience on Application Architecture, Design and should be able to convert business requirements into design.
- Strong Integration expertise both as consumer as well as Provider including security (Authorization, Authentication, TLS level configuration options)
- Should be hands on in writing complex logic and customization (e.g consuming external jar)
- Expertise in creating and handling high throughput for complex multi-step batch process at scale
- Experience on both development as well as production support projects.
- Working expertise & excellent knowledge of various studios.
Requirements:
You are:
- Minimum 11+ years of PEGA experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience on estimations for enhancements/projects, team handling.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Lead the design and development of Pega applications using Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts and other cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for seamless integration with other systems and applications.
- Experience in CI CD CT implementation for Pega projects for both on premise and cloud hosted applications.
- Hands on experience & knowledge of ECS, Data Modelling, UI rules, Validation, Declarative and Decision, Correspondence rules, PRPC flows, interpretation of flow shapes.
- Experience on Design Review, Code Review using PRPC best practices and PEGA Guardrails.
- Experience on Performance tools (PAL, AES, PLA) and Deployment Process using PEGA Tools.
It would be great if you also had:
- Working experience on Pega Customer Service / Pega Customer Service for Insurance products
- Working Experience in PEGA scrum (Agile) and smart BPM experience.
- Pega LSA (Design & Build Combined) certification on 8.x version
- Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
