SAP FICO COPA Lead, End User, Cleveland, USA. My client a well known manufacturing organisation are looking for a SAP FICO COPA Lead to join their team, ideally they are looking for candidates to have a strong background with SAP FICO COPA as well as a strong background with US GAAP Accounting principles, SAP COPC, SAP FSCM.
Excellent relocation package available as well a GC Sponsorship (after 12 months).
Candidates should have the following experience:
- 5+ years of IT experience in a corporate environment supporting SAP FI CO systems and projects.
- Expert knowledge of SAP FICO, COPA, & Treasury.
- Extensive functional understanding of accounting best practices, and an ability to implement them in software solutions.
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial postings.
- Strong cross functional understanding of SAP modules.
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Strong teamwork approach to problem solving with the ability to make sound, independent decisions based on functional expertise and experience.
- Ability to provide leadership, support, communication and direction.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, troubleshoot and problem solve beyond routine issues.
Preferred Education And Experience
- Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance.
- Current Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
- Experience with Deviated (Billback) Pricing.
- S/4 HANA implementation & New General Ledger experience.
- PMP certification.
- Experience as a People Manager.
