Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Numerical Control Operator and Shop Floor Programmer at Western Rubber & Mfg. Co. in Montgomery, TX. The role involves responsibilities related to computer numerical control operations and shop floor programming on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CNC machine operation and programming
- Understanding of blueprints and technical drawings
- Ability to perform quality control checks
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
