We are currently seeking a Korean/ English Bilingual Onsite Translator/ Interpreter at a global manufacturer in Kentucky.
Responsibilities – Korean/ English Bilingual Onsite Translator/ Interpreter:
- Translation of documents, emails etc. -Korean from/to English
- Assist interpreting communication in office and factory setting in Korean and English
- Assistance with executive meetings between upper management, clients, etc.
- Respond to and address administrative inquiries and questions
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for associates and managers
- Enter data into their database using Microsoft Office, such as excel
- Cross-department communication and reporting
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements – Korean/ English Bilingual Onsite Translator/ Interpreter:
- Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, English and related-field
- 1-5 years’ experience in translation/ interpretation experience preferably at manufacturing industry
- Business-Level in Korean and English (Speaking, Reading, Writing, Listening)
- Must have professional interpersonal communication skills, flexibility, and collaboration ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Able to work flexible schedule as needed
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem-solving and time management skills
