Sr Designer.
5-7 years of professional experience working as an interior designer
Must demonstrate a strong ability in the following:
- Experience working in an architectural or design firm (3-5 years minimum)
- Producing working drawings (Construction Documents) in AutoCAD 2022 or later
- Knowledge of drafting standards
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (Mac or PC) 2022 or later
- Able to manage multiple deadlines/tasks simultaneously
- Very good communication skills, verbally and written
- Ability to build and enjoys building strong relationships with clients.
- Enjoys creating and presenting designs to clients and running design presentations.
- Able to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of 3D, and BIM modeling software (SketchUp, Revit, Archicad) are a bonus.
- Loves the Fodd and Bev/hospitality industry.
