Salary Range: $120,000.00 to $150,000.00+

Responsibilities:
- Drive growth and profitability for the Orange County office.
- Engage in community involvement and participate in industry organizations.
Qualifications:
- A BSCE degree and California registration as a Professional Civil Engineer.
- At least ten (10) years of experience in land development and/or public works, or an equivalent twelve (12) years in the industry.
- A minimum of eight (8) years of management experience, supervising engineers, designers, and other project support staff.
Required Skills:
- Strong independent decision-making abilities.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent relationship management with clients, public agencies, and in-house staff.
- Experience in project scheduling and budgeting.
- Proficiency in preparing and managing contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work.
- Technical expertise in site assessments, regulatory plan preparation, public improvement plans, and land development projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Microsoft Projects, and Bluebeam.
Additional Skills:
- Application of engineering principles, techniques, and procedures in design.
- Knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and leadership techniques.
- Ability to set realistic goals and independently plan and direct the design team.
- Thorough understanding of jurisdictional processing and effective negotiation skills.
- Competency in written and oral communication, and the ability to relate well with co-workers and public agencies.
- Expertise in CAD software for preparing exhibits, studies, and final plans.
