Job Description:
- Complete knowledge and experience in ServiceNow development - 5+ years
- Ability to create and customize servicenow forms and workflows
- Create end to end Workflow using flow designer
- Integrate with automation tools via api calls or using integration hub
- Strong knowledge and understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM processes
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure components
- End to end knowledge in IT monitoring tools, ITSM tools and automations development - 5+ years
