Quality Auditor
Reporting Relationship
· Reports directly to Corporate Quality Assurance Manager
· Works closely with General Managers, and Warehouse Supervisors/Leads
Qualifications & Skills
· High School diploma or GED
· Understanding of Food Safety, HACCP, and principles
· Basic computer skills – Microsoft Office
· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Assures staff is following established procedures and properly completing supporting paperwork.
· Perform audits against numerous company standards, such as HACCP, BRC/SQF, and cGMP standards and regulatory requirements.
· Assist in training on specific standards where required.
· Report any non-compliance, problems, and/or system deficiencies to Quality Manager, General Manager, and Supervisor/lead.
· Maintains the following documents (not an inclusive list) based on records completed by staff members:
o Document Register (procedures, policies, forms, and instructional)
o GMP Facility Inspections (monthly)
o Traceability and Recall exercises
· Issues and logs initial and annual refresher training to full-time employees and temps.
· Flexible to work in different shifts when needed.
Food Safety Internal Audits
· Checklist to audit documentation and records and inspect facilities for compliance with the written requirements.

· Assures all records of HACCP prerequisite programs are properly documented (monitored and verified)
