Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our Technology team. This role will be responsible for managing the product roadmap for our Tours and Pricing product team. The successful candidate will drive the strategy and implementation of major technology transformation initiatives, achieving key business outcomes and ensuring alignment with our stakeholders. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining the strategy, priorities and roadmap for your product team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams within the department as well as across the business to deliver innovative solutions that meet internal customer needs and drive business growth. You will also be responsible for gathering and prioritizing customer problems, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering to produce products that deliver relevant business outcomes. Your role will involve continuous market research and competitive analysis to ensure our products remain competitive and relevant.
Primary Functions:
- Develop and communicate a clear Tours and Pricing product team roadmap that aligns with business goals and priorities.
- Drive the implementation of major technology transformation initiatives for the Tours and Pricing product area.
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it supports the product roadmap and addresses user and stakeholder needs effectively
- Define and monitor key performance metrics to drive product decisions, while identifying areas for optimization. Measure outcomes and impact on strategic business initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate and communicate with department and business stakeholders to ensure successful product development and implementation.
- Conduct ongoing market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
Knowledge and Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in technology product management.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience working in JIRA for project management.
- Proven experience in implementing large-scale projects.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with department and business stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results.
