Sr. Quality Manager - Oil/Gas
Permanent, onsite position in Houston, TX
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Oil/Gas industry and a strong background in ISO 9001 and API/Q1 standards with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead quality assurance initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Conduct audits and inspections to evaluate the effectiveness of quality systems
- Collaborate with teams to refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOP
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product qualities
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards and compliance
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Quality Assurance experience with a proven management background
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or related field
