Job Summary:
LHH is seeking a Bilingual Mandarin Administrative Assistant for a client in El Monte. The Bilingual Mandarin Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our clien't office. This role involves filing, organizing documents and leases, and providing essential support to property managers. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with filing and organizing property documents and leases.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation for property management.
- Support property managers with clerical tasks and administrative duties.
- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors in both Mandarin and English.
- Perform data entry and update databases as required.
- Help coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials.
- Provide general office support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English (required).
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
