A Residential Advisor (RA) or Independent Living Advisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and environment of a dormitory onsite at the center. Duties include managing a specific floor, fostering relationships with students, ensuring adherence to hygiene and dormitory rules, conducting room checks, and maintaining case notes for student accountability. RAs also supervise activities during students' free time, such as arts and crafts, etc. They monitor the dorm through office duties, watching security cameras, and managing student case notes/ files. RAs have the opportunity for personal time if all tasks are completed.
