Summary/Objective:
Functionally verifies product performance to the defined test criteria.
Essential Functions:

1. Performs the set-up, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and assemblies.
2. Hypot/Megger testing and troubleshooting.
3. Performs hand set-ups for AC and DC digital and analog tests.
4. Set up burn-in for complete units and transformer testing. Set-up/Program ESS Testing.
5. Preliminary and final test of complete assemblies and recording data on test results.
6. Analysis of failure and independent judgment are required to determine the appropriate course of action during troubleshooting.
7. Operates analog and digital oscilloscopes and meters, power supplies, special AC test fixtures, and similar test equipment.
8. Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail to ensure the work is accurate and complete.
9. Able to follow instructions and review work activities with supervisors.
10. Complete job functions promptly with high quality.
11. Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed.
12. Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to the Test Manager.
13. Maintains a clean and organized work area.
Education and Experience:
1. Technical Degree in Electronics or equivalent work experience.
2. Ability to read and comprehend diagrams and procedures written in English.
3. Experience with hand tools, oscilloscopes, multi-meters, generators, and soldering equipment.
4. Five or more years of hands-on experience in a similar field is preferred.
5. Strong oral and written communication skills.
