Global Data Analyst
Kelly Services is currently seeking a Global Data Analyst for one of our top clients in Spring House, PA.
Title:
Brightly Global Data Analyst.
Key activities
- Maintain equipment data in global database
- Ensure inventory data is up to date and compliant at all times
- “Provide database helpdesk support & training to end users”.
- Close collaboration with EMEA. Team engagement & responsibilities in NAM as well as EMEA
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Perform data analysis (overdues, root causes)
- Review/mine database information to update Laboratory Operations and customer dashboards.
- Provide programming support to maintain Laboratory Operations and customer dashboards.
( MS powers apps and Power automate, forms for internal data collection, maintaining dashboards, API querying, etc.)
- Personal:
- Self-starter
- Excellent attention to details
- Able to work independently (with minimal supervision) or as a part of a global team
- Able to learn new skills quickly and with minimal instruction
Note: person will be expected to work on site at SH 100% of the time. Computer skills/knowledge:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Word is required.
- Prior experience with CMMS system (or other Enterprise Database) is preferred.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Power Apps, API’s and Power Automate is preferred.
- Programming skills are a plus.
- Education
- HS Diploma is required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of research laboratory equipment types is a plus
