Senior Software Engineer - Platform
Location: Hybrid (2 days/week) in San Francisco
Salary Range: $190,000 - $250,000 + equity
About the Role:
We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Platform to join a fast-growing team that handles the building, scaling, and delivery of innovative products to clients. In this role, you will focus on developing scalable data infrastructure, compute foundations, and machine learning infrastructure optimizations. You will work with technologies like Python, Docker, Kubernetes, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms to write scalable and optimized data access patterns for real-time machine learning applications. The ideal candidate has a strong background in infrastructure and experience with distributed systems, handling large-scale data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize scalable data infrastructure and compute foundations.
- Develop scalable and efficient data access patterns.
- Optimize machine learning infrastructure for real-time ML applications.
- Utilize Python, Docker/Kubernetes, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms.
- Focus on distributed systems and large-scale data processing.
- Nice to have- experience with LLMs
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and real-time machine learning.
- Strong background in building scalable and distributed systems.
