Cpl Life Sciences has partnered with a Pharmacovigilance SaaS organization that is expanding rapidly and looking for a Director of Sales to support their expansion plans.
Required Work Experience: MUST HAVE
- Successful track-record selling PV SaaS Solutions/Platforms.
- Experience covering Mid-West and Western Territories of the US.
- Previous experience selling into the pharmaceutical and CRO clients.

The Sales Director will directly contribute to our growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing deals with key decision-makers in pharmaceutical companies and CROs across the US and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Sales Pipeline Development: Proactively identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, networking, and email campaigns.
- Product Expertise and Demos: Develop a deep understanding of our innovative software solutions and effectively articulate their value to prospective clients through compelling demonstrations.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients at all levels, from end-users to C-suite executives.
- Sales Quota Achievement: Consistently exceed monthly sales quotas by closing deals and driving new business.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 5 years of successful experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on pharmaceutical and CRO industries.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience, including senior executives.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional solutions.
- Strong Technical Aptitude: Solid understanding of Pharmacovigilance, enterprise, and SaaS technologies.
