National Sales Director

Compensation: c$225,000 to $240,000 per annum
We are looking for a seasoned Sales Leader for a global HVAC manufacturer who will define, coordinate and supervise the sales strategy for the United States territory to increase sales, market share, revenue and profit margin.

Responsibilities include
· Conduct economic and competitive monitoring (market trends in Canada and the US, product lines, consumer trends, constraints) and perform continuous SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats).
· Define commercial development directions in line with the strategy (target customers, marketing channels, etc.).
· Set sales targets (volumes, market share, and margins) with the supervisor and propose a budget.
· Lead the sales team members under his/her supervision by mobilizing, supporting, and directing the team.
Requirements
· Five + years of experience in sales and customer relations.
· Good knowledge of the HVAC Industry.
· Results orientated, consistently achieve results, even under unfavorable conditions
· Strategic thinker – anticipate future opportunities and translate them into innovative strategies.
