I am currently working with a highly reputable insurance law firm, who are actively looking to hire an insurance coverage associate on a remote basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will work with the firm's nationally recognized partners on complex insurance and reinsurance coverage issues.
- You will handle a broad range of disputes across the United States and in Europe.
- Draft coverage opinions.
- Case management, including drafting motions, handling discovery requests, taking depositions, and in court proceedings.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Must have active state bar membership and eligibility to practice law in Tennessee.
- 3+ years of experience as an insurance coverage attorney.
