Ancel Glink, P.C. is looking to add a Workers Compensation Attorney to the team. The attorney will be responsible for day-to-day tasks providing legal representation and counsel to companies defending workers’ compensation claims.
Position Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in worker compensation claims.
- Drafting motions and attending hearings to represent clients in court.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their rights and benefits under workers’ compensation laws.
- Manage clients medical care keeping open communication with clients and medical providers.
- Organize and maintain case files for all clients.
Position Requirements:
- 5 years of prior experience in workers compensation or defense.
- Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
