Job Title: Program Manager (Risk & Controls)
Location: Rutherford, NJ (Hybrid)
Duration: 9+ Months (Possible Extension)
Pay Range: $80-$90 an Hour
Role Overview:
The Program Manager will support the Enterprise Risk Technology team in managing the program management activities for the Enterprise Risk Management portfolio. This role ensures ongoing oversight and the successful delivery of critical projects within the enterprise risk domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of day-to-day program activities.
- Identify risks impacting program delivery and implement mitigation strategies when necessary.
- Communicate program status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders, including senior management, in a timely manner.
- Lead issue identification and resolution across established and new programs of work.
- Ensure all stakeholders are included in scope definition, understand the program schedule, key milestones, and receive regular updates.
- Escalate significant program risks to the Program Director or Sponsor as required.
- Rapidly understand and address key priorities and complex issues, delivering clear written communications and presentations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
