Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Director Cancer Center!
Responsible for clinical direction, quality outcomes, and financial health of their service line.
- Licensed as an RN in the State of Montana.
- Master’s degree in nursing, Business, Leadership/Management or Healthcare related field preferred.
- Five (5) years' experience as an RN in the clinical role.
- Five (5) years of leadership required.
- Leadership Courses through continuing education conferences preferred.
- Demonstrated success with teambuilding, collaborative work with physicians, project management, and process improvement projects.
- Proficient in English.
- Verbal and written communication skills and computer skills required.
