LHH has partnered with a great client in the Nashville, TN area to help find a talented Onboarding Coordinator to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new employees. Workday knowledge is a must for this role!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, including preparing new hire documentation, answering related questions, and ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Serve as the main point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process, providing clear and timely communication regarding expectations, schedules, and relevant information.
- Work closely with HR, IT, Managers, and other relevant departments to coordinate resources and ensure all necessary arrangements are met.
- Monitor pre-employment processes related to Foreign Official (FO/FO) questions, consent forms, background check and drug screen, and preboarding tour completion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Workday.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am-5:00pm
