Project Superintendent - Mission Critical Facilities
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee the construction of mission-critical facilities, such as data centers, manufacturing plants, and similar high-stakes projects. The role involves extensive travel to various project sites, with limited time at home.
Location: This role requires significant travel across various project sites nationwide, with home visits expected about once per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily on-site construction operations for mission-critical projects, including data centers and manufacturing plants.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, site labor, and project teams to ensure adherence to project plans and schedules.
- Manage project timelines, adjusting for any delays or unexpected changes.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct daily site inspections to guarantee quality control and effective problem resolution.
- Document project progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
- Manage site logistics, including resource allocation and site safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent in construction, with an emphasis on mission-critical facilities (data centers, manufacturing plants, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, high-complexity projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for extended periods.
Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000+ annually, commensurate with experience and project scope.
