Overview
The Client Account Manager (CAM) is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and deliver exceptional service. The CAM will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales and Account Growth:Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to generate new business.
- Project Management:Oversee the delivery of projects and services to clients.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
- Manage client expectations and address any issues that arise.

Qualifications
