Overview
A fast-growing AI company is looking for a Machine Learning Solutions Engineer to work closely with customers and bridge the gap between commercial and technical teams. This role involves supporting technical onboarding, gathering customer feedback, and providing solutions that enhance the platform's capabilities.
What You Will Do
- Manage technical onboarding for customers, including data integration and running technical sessions
- Develop scripts and tools to address customer requests and collaborate with engineering to scale solutions
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and the engineering team
- Support sales and product demos with technical expertise
- Provide ongoing technical support throughout the customer lifecycle
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Experience: 1+ years in a relevant solutions/sales engineer role + prior experience in a technical role preferred
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Python SDKs, APIs, SQL, and cloud integrations
- Problem-Solving: Hacker mindset for quick, efficient problem-solving and debugging
- Customer Focus: High attention to detail and a customer-first attitude
- Collaboration: Ability to work under pressure and support deal-making with technical knowledge
- Startup Experience: Experience in fast-paced B2B environments is beneficial
