TekPro, a direct hire recruiting agency specializing in the manufacturing sector, is partnering with a leading metal stamping company to find an experienced Account Executive. This position involves managing and expanding new and existing accounts, with a strong focus on working directly with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). The ideal candidate will have experience in the metal stamping industry and a proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the metal stamping industry, focusing on OEM clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with the company's capabilities and product offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and production, to ensure that customer requirements are met.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the metal stamping industry, with a focus on selling to OEMs.
- Strong understanding of metal stamping processes, products, and market dynamics.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
