Pay Range: $23 - $25/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service for client while processing vendor updates while ensuring SOX compliance is maintained.
- Vendor establishment.
- Vendor maintenance.
- Responsible for obtaining appropriate tax forms (W8/W9).
- Responsible for SOX controls (bank fraud controls/payment term reviews).
- Clears suspended transactions.
- Coordinate special projects.
- Ensure excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
- Performs a variety of other functions/ad-hoc projects as assigned to achieve the department/company's goals and business objectives.
- Timely research and resolution of vendor inquiries regarding vendor setup/update.
- Work to achieve department goals/deadlines.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills: 2-3 years accounts payable experience (especially Vendor Maintenance).
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent experience required.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization and our customers.
- Prior SAP experience preferred.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task and share responsibilities within team environment.
- Computer experience with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good attention to detail and organization skills.
- Must be self-starter, self-motivated.
- Must have excellent attendance record.
- Must have strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Accounting or finance experience of 3-5 years required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
