GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Enterprise Systems Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of our enterprise-wide systems and applications. This position is primarily responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance to c-level executives on the procurement, upgrade, maintenance, and optimization of systems critical to the success of our business. Leads Enterprise systems audits, analysis, and regularly drives solutions or provides other actionable deliverables. Identifies opportunities to reduce costs and create efficiencies through intercompany synergies. This position is also responsible for driving data acquisition and developing platforms for analytics purposes amongst our family of companies.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for enterprise systems that aligns with business objectives and supports growth and innovation.
- Systems Architecture: Design scalable and secure enterprise systems architecture, including network infrastructure, servers, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Implementation and Integration: Advise the implementation and integration of new systems and technologies across the organization, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
- Performance Optimization. Continuously monitor and optimize systems performance, reliability, and security. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.
- Data Management: Oversee data governance, integrity, and security protocols. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Leadership: Manage third party resources responsible for enterprise systems administration, support, and maintenance.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to evaluate products, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Budget and Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, and track expenses related to enterprise systems projects.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience with 3 or more years in a similar role, advising senior executives on systems strategy and implementation. Strong understanding of enterprise systems, cloud technologies, cybersecurity principles, and IT best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus. Willingness and ability to travel internationally and domestically as needed.
