Job Title: Sales Director, North America – IZIPIZI

Job Overview:
IZIPIZI, a global leader in innovative and stylish eyewear, is seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive growth and manage the North American market. This role is perfect for a dynamic, self-starting individual with an extensive network in B2B Key Accounts, Department Stores, and Fashion Boutiques. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing business, overseeing profitability, building the sales team, and ensuring the successful execution of IZIPIZI’s brand and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Wholesale Sales Management:
- Implement IZIPIZI’s brand strategy in line with the company’s global philosophy and values.
- Recruit, train, and manage an in-house and outsourced sales force, including agents and sales representatives.
- Develop sales forecasts for each channel, ensuring alignment with the strategy and local market targets.
- Build objective plans for the sales team and monitor performance to ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Oversee the local wholesale P&L, ensuring profitability and growth.
- Develop a Long-Range Sales Plan, identifying new growth opportunities and building sustainable business strategies.
- Select, organize, and oversee participation in key trade shows and showrooms to enhance market presence.
- Collaborate with the local and HQ marketing teams to execute the local marketing plan in line with the global strategy.
- Provide regular monthly and quarterly sales reports to the General Manager and CEO.
2. Marketing & Communication Support:
- Help strengthen brand image and grow awareness within the North American market.
- Provide feedback to the Brand team, offering insights into market needs and trends to ensure IZIPIZI’s product offer is consistently aligned with market demand.
- Work closely with the marketing and communication teams to activate local campaigns, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and strategies.
3. HR & Office Management:
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales team members, ensuring alignment with IZIPIZI’s corporate culture.
- Organize and lead product and brand training sessions for the North American corporate team.
- Plan and organize corporate events such as team building, seminars, and other internal initiatives to foster team cohesion.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven track record in sales management, preferably within B2B Key Accounts, Department Stores, and Fashion Boutiques.
- Extensive network of industry contacts, with strong relationships in the wholesale and retail sectors.
- Ability to create, manage, and follow budgets and forecasts.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, travel frequently, and maintain a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
- Strong understanding of brand building, marketing, and communication strategies.
- Experience managing P&L and driving profitability.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales planning, product, marketing, and communication teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' of sales leadership experience
- 5+ years' of experience in sales
- Strong leadership skills
