A leading manufacturing company in Benson, NC is hiring an Industrial HVAC Technician to support maintenance activities for the plant!
Responsibilities include:
- Addressing outages and ensuring that outages are worked until compliance
- Planning and scheduling overtime and vacation coverage
- Serving as a communication conduit between operators and maintenance resources
- Working with operations to address equipment issues
- Ensure that the plant is staffed from a skill standpoint and taking appropriate measures
- Coordinating with operations ensuring that any downtime is utilized effectively
- Completing daily activities required for each shift
- Helping resolve conflicts amongst team members and referring issues to higher authority when needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a maintenance role or a similar field
- Experience in a leadership role in a large manufacturing plant
- Strong boiler and HVAC knowledge
- Experience with project management
