We pride ourselves in delivering a range of digital media management services legal practices. In this role, you will oversee a team of 8-12 Account Managers, ensuring they hit monthly targets.
Your primary responsibilities will include driving revenue growth and enhancing client retention by evaluating key business metrics to boost performance and develop strategic solutions. You will also be responsible for handling complex client management situations with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions. Your strong leadership is vital to our success.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales experience with a proven record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing Account Managers (3+ years preferred).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data innovatively to drive business decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with your team, peers, and senior management.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing business dynamics.
- Experience in leading change within an account management or customer success organization, especially in B2B services.
