We are seeking a highly skilled P&C Substation Engineer.
Company: Medium sized consultancy, spanning across the Southeast regions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 2-5 years design, development, engineering and construction of substation projects
- EIT desired
- AutoCAD, Substation Design Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam (desired)
Responsibilities:
This role involves working within a multidisciplinary team to design Protection & Control (P&C) and substation projects. Responsibilities include:
- Creating detailed designs for electrical substation facilities, including single-line diagrams, three-line diagrams, schematics, elementary diagrams, wiring layouts, interconnections, and Protection & Control (P&C) calculations and reports.
- Assisting in coordinating design activities to ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards, guaranteeing the successful completion of projects.
Salary & Benefits:
- Hybrid working preferred in Tampa, Palm Gardens (FL) or New Orleans (LA)
- Fully remote can be considered
- $80k-$105k
