Senior Healthcare Lawyer - Fully Remote
Overview:
Our client is seeking a seasoned healthcare lawyer with experience working on healthcare regulatory compliance and transactional matters. Candidates can be located anywhere in the US, as this is a fully remote opportunity. Additionally, our client does not have a minimum billable hour requirement, creating an outstanding work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
This position will focus on the following: healthcare regulatory compliance, counseling, and advice; evaluating risks in health care transactions and negotiating transactional documents; health care corporate governance, organizational structure, and strategic initiatives; and health care structures, such as IPAs, ACOs, MSOs, and GPOs.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience
- AmLaw 100 firm experience
- Strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and action-oriented approach
- J.D. from a top tier law school
- Bar admission to jurisdiction of practice
- Ability to work remotely
