What are we looking for?
We’re looking for an operations manager who has an unbeatable work ethic with a whatever-it-takes mentality. The ideal candidate has familiarity with dealing with suppliers, vendors, etc.
Preferred candidate is in the Northeast Area
What does the role entail
- Be the main point of contact for contract manufacturers.
- Coordinate production timelines, monitor capacity planning, and ensure that all deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Negotiate pricing and terms and implement strategies for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Source new suppliers and vendors.
- Quality Control Oversight: Ensure contract manufacturers adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
- Very strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive and lead in a fast-paced environment
