Role Description
The Plant Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing techniques to drive plant reliability,
control equipment performance and consistently achieve high standards of maintenance program
performance. This position will implement lean methodologies and suitable courses of action to proactively drive plant and equipment reliability. This individual’s responsibilities encompass all phases of the production process including facilities, equipment, utilities, methods, and operating procedures.
