Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Benefits Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both the technical and functional aspects of Oracle HCM Benefits, with hands-on experience in open enrollments.
Demonstrated experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment with understanding of test concepts, methodologies, and practices will be helpful.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Configuration: Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Benefits modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Open Enrollment Management: Manage the open enrollment process, including setup, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Functional Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Benefits, providing solutions and configurations on the Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits.
- Technical Support: Having technical skills such as development of reports in BIP/OTBI, creating/editing benefits specific fast formula will be an added advantage.
- Integration: Work with cross-functional teams to test the integrations between Oracle HCM Benefits and other systems.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the management of employee benefits.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (BS/BE).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Benefits techno-functional roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Benefits configuration.
- Functional Skills: Strong understanding of HR processes, benefits administration, and open enrollment procedures.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively work with business users.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits certification is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
