Additional Info: RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide the full scope of dental health care services which fallunder his/her field of training, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care and maintenance to patients of all ages. In addition, a dentist is a principal member of the Health Center Care Team. In that capacity they are expected to be familiar with philosophy, goals and objectives of the Center and work collaboratively to achieve them. They must be cognizant of, and comply with, all Center policies and procedures, as well as pertinent state and federal regulations. REQUIRED: - Licensure as a Dentist - Knowledge of the terminology, principles and techniques of dentistry. - Knowledge of dental treatment techniques. - Can use dental instruments and equipment. - Can extract teeth, performing dental restorative work and treating dental diseases, infections, injuries and malformations of the mouth and teeth. - Ability to perform dental examinations
