A health insurance firm is looking for a Data/Reporting Analyst / Incident Manager to join their team.
Location: Philadelphia, PA; Hybrid (3x per week)(37.5 hour work week)
Pay: $40/hour
Qualifications:
- 3+ years seeing issues through to resolution
- Operations experience
- Experience managing Inventory; Ability to go through inventory and document and resolve problems in the process
- Must have basic healthcare insurance knowledge and experience
- ServiceNow experience for ticketing
- Healthedge and ORMB are desirable skills, but not mandatory
- Tableau and SQL are a plus
- Documentation, BRD creation, best practice documenting, and process documenting experience
- Root cause analysis / problem management experience
- Must know how to manage issues in a matrixed environment and be able to provide examples of how you have done that and led to success
- Process improvement is very important in the role
