Community hospital looking to bring on a Director HR! Bonus incentive program!
This HR Leader will oversee all day to day workings including Administration, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and Employee Relations for about 300+ employees. Team will consist of a HR Coordinator. Reports to the CEO. Oversight of all HR office operations and is a working Director role and can be heavily Administrative. Activity pertaining to benefits, recruitment, retention, worker's compensation, staffing and wages, and employee relations. Hands on/collaborative role.
- MUST be Degreed. MUST come from a healthcare setting/environment.
- At least 5+ years experience as an HR leadership/role with direct reports.
- Certification through the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM) – SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
- Certification through Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) – PHR or SPHR preferred.
