We are looking for a Contracts Analyst for a market leader in Clinical Trial Supplies!
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the business with contracts relating to MSAs and CDAs contractual agreements. Plus being a key point of contact for the proposal process of clients that are brought on board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comply with all cGMP requirements and related SOPs.
- Prepare, review, analyse, negotiate, and update CDAs and MSAs.
- Serve as the main client contact for CDA and MSA execution and updates.
- Coordinate with outside counsel and internal teams during the MSA negotiation process.
