Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Concrete Foreman. The Concrete Foreman will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day concrete construction tasks such as supervising the crew, operating and maintaining heavy equipment, managing and communication with the team. The role will be throughout Wisconsin.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Communication
- Heavy Equipment Operation
- Experience in concrete construction is required
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Previous experience in the concrete industry and additional certifications (e.g., ACI certification) would be beneficial.
