Job Description:
The Quantitative Research team is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join a rapidly expanding team. As a Quantitative Researcher, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing quantitative trading strategies across various asset classes, including equities, options, and futures. You will work with a team of deep thinkers and dynamic problem solvers, collaborating to tackle complex issues in the financial markets. While this role is based in Chicago, they are open to applications for the New York office.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to develop and optimize quantitative trading strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor trading strategies.
- Work closely with technology teams to enhance trading infrastructure and tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in quantitative finance and trading technology.
Required Qualifications:
- PhD in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related disciplines (expected completion in 2024).
- Strong C++ programming skills.
- Knowledge of statistical and mathematical modelling techniques.
- Familiarity with financial markets and trading concepts.
