- 8+ years of demonstrated leadership experience building cross-organizational consensus with exposure to technology providers and/or business clients
- Extensive experience leading projects and implementations
- Experience serving as the first point of escalation from business side / strong relationship building skills

Job Description
The IT organization is responsible for the life cycle planning of business applications through the phases of strategize, architect, select, deploy, operate, evolve, and retire. The Business Relationship Manager manages the application group that has specific responsibility for building or configuring, maintaining or enhancing, and eventually decommissioning applications through their life cycle.
This individual is responsible for manages the activities of all assigned personnel, formulates vision, objectives and scope of projects/applications, provides policy level direction regarding standards, budgetary constraints, analyzes changes and enhancements to the IT environment to determine production systems, design, development and implementation standards and operating procedures impact.
This individual must also help manage priorities and oversee the strategic and architectural direction of the overall IT ecosystem. The Manager must stay continuously informed to advance the technologies and applications in keeping with best practices and customer satisfaction. In addition to developing new business applications, this position is also responsible for continuous attention to the reliability, release versions, access, and security of each Business System.
Salary Range: $150,000-$160,000 annually
