Position Summary:
As an Executive Search Associate, you will leverage your 1 year or more of experience from an executive search firm to identify top talent for our clients. Working closely with our delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the interview process to final placement.
Role Responsibilities:
- Meet and Exceed Targets: Consistently achieve your weekly and monthly goals in collaboration with the Regional Director, with a strong focus on cold calling.
- Direct Headhunting and Cold Outreach: Identify and assess new candidates through proactive cold calling, presenting top talent to clients.
- Build and Nurture Networks: Maintain strong relationships through regular cold calling, candidate keep-in-touch calls, and referral outreach, expanding your professional network.
- Support and Collaborate: Assist the Head of Sector and Client Delivery Manager in managing the recruitment process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
- Deliver Quality Shortlists: Identify and match candidate skills to client requirements, providing quality shortlists within agreed timelines.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- 1 to 2 Years of Experience: Experience in an executive search firm, where you’ve developed collaborative skills.
- Success in Cold Calling: Proven ability to connect with candidates through empathetic and effective cold calling techniques.
- Self-Motivated and Resourceful: A nurturing approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to delivering results.
- Organized and Communicative: An attentive multitasker with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Team-Oriented and Supportive: A collaborative mindset with a passion for thriving in a cooperative, performance-based environment.
Location:
This position is based in our Philadelphia office, requiring on-site presence for the first 6 months. Afterward, a hybrid work model of 2 days from home and 3 days in-office is available.
