The company was founded in 1975 in Corridonia, Italy in the Marche region, as a high-end
footwear workshop according to the intuition of Andrea Santoni. Thanks to his son
Giuseppe, it has evolved into one of the main competitors in the world luxury market, maintaining the
artisanal know-how, authentic and precious, which has been handed down from
generation to generation.
The Role
This position is full-time Monday-Friday located at our Madison Avenue Showroom/US Office. We are looking for a dedicated office and order management administrator to support our continued success in running day-to-day activities. Our ideal candidate is extreemly organized, a fast learner, and a flexible team player who can assist others when needed.
Responsibilities (Including but not limited to)
Office Responsibilities
· Answering office phone
· Restocking of supplies
· Unpacking shipments
· Filing
Executive Assistant Responsibilites
· Managing executive travel/meetings
· Processing executive expenses
· Maintaining the office calendar
· Assisting in market meetings food and beverage needs
Order Management Responsibilities (Microsoft Business Central)
· Entering and releasing daily orders
· Entering seasonal sales and purchase orders
· Generating and processing RTV’s
· Verifying order confirmations
· Troubleshooting error messages
· Receiving electronic shipments
Key Skills
- Highly Organized, Strong Computer Skills, Experience with Microsoft Business Central (Dynamics 365). Outlook/ Microsoft Office Suite. Flexible
