Summary
Calculated Hire is looking to hire a Supply Chain Process Specialist to support the administration and operations within one of their Supply Chain Information systems. This is a fast paced, high volume transaction role which requires facilitating sensitive & confidential data, interfacing with both internal and external customers and compliance with auditing controls and guidelines. This individual will need to be able to pick up on Supply Chain Processes and handle their execution efficiently in a relatively quick timeframe as resources are needed to ramp up quickly.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the SCM SIPS team with database management support
- Vetting, establishing and maintaining the 30k+ supplier master database in support of Client’s Procure to Pay (P2P) process.
- Potential candidate needs to be customer service oriented, able to work independently and flexible to changes in responsibility to meet the needs of the team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong time management abilities, problem solving skills.
- Attention to details & Meticulousness in execution.
- Ability to be a self-starter are essential.
