- Documenting processes and systems for further use by the team
- Outlook Calendaring and AV technology
- Teams and Azure Active Directory technologies.
Service-now Ticketing Tools
Roles and Responsibilities:
- System Administrator and Subject Matter Expert for Email Services (Exchange Online) and O365 Apps.
- PowerShell for various Office365 and Exchange administrative functions
- Office Apps Admin portal AKA Cloud Updates by Microsoft to update M365 Enterprise apps organization wide
Experience implementation and deployment projects
Migration, troubleshooting, design and system delivery experience
